This evening, the Small Hall of the Public Institution Cultural and Sports Centre “Mihailo Lalić” in Andrijevica hosted a highly successful literary event featuring the promotion of the new book Slovo o Mukama (A Word on Sufferings) by author David Vlajkov Lalić.
In front of a full audience and within the warm atmosphere of the venue, visitors enjoyed inspiring presentations by distinguished writers and scholars. The book and the richness of David Lalić’s literary work were discussed with great enthusiasm by writers Miladin Joksimović, Brano Otašević, and Vulko Šćekić, as well as historian Goran Kiković.
The evening was further enriched by performances from guardians of Montenegro’s traditional heritage—Željko Martinović, a master of the frula (traditional shepherd’s flute), and Borivoje Deletić, a gusle performer. The program was skillfully hosted by moderator Ivana Zečević.
It was yet another memorable literary evening in Andrijevica, one that will be remembered for a long time by everyone in attendance.
