The Ministry of Culture and Media has supported the project “Andrijevica Days of Culture 2026”, an event dedicated to preserving, promoting and celebrating the cultural heritage and contemporary cultural creativity of Andrijevica.
This year’s programme has been enriched with activities that bring together tradition and contemporary artistic expression in a special way. The project includes an exhibition of traditional musical instruments – the gusle, entitled “Heritage That Can Be Heard”, which will introduce visitors to the gusle as a valuable part of the intangible cultural heritage and tradition of this region.
A special place in the programme is also reserved for the amateur theatre performance “The Earth Is Round”, offering audiences an opportunity to enjoy the work of local artists through theatrical expression and to experience the contribution of amateur theatre to the cultural life of the community.
The aim of “Andrijevica Days of Culture 2026” is to bring together culture enthusiasts, artists, creators and citizens, providing a space for nurturing tradition, showcasing the local cultural potential and encouraging new forms of artistic creativity.
The support of the Ministry of Culture and Media represents a significant contribution to the implementation of this project and confirms the importance of investing in cultural programmes that preserve heritage and enrich the cultural life of the local community.
