The second workshop within the framework of the “Paths of Cultural Heritage” project, supported by the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro, was held on Tuesday.
The workshop took place in the library, where young participants had the opportunity to learn about the rich history and significance of one of the oldest libraries in Montenegro through interactive and creative activities. Through discussions, research, and the exchange of ideas, participants discovered interesting facts about the library’s founding, development, and historical role in preserving and promoting cultural heritage.
A special part of the workshop was dedicated to jointly designing a new cultural route. Together with the lecturers, the young participants explored significant cultural and historical sites and mapped out the route.
In this way, the participants were not merely observers but actively contributed to creating content that connects young people with the cultural heritage of their local community.
The “Paths of Cultural Heritage” project aims to foster young people’s interest in cultural heritage, expand their knowledge of local history, and encourage their active involvement in its preservation, appreciation, and promotion.
